Tournament Schedule
The tournament format is one warm-up(does not count for seeding) and double elimination. Coaches will draw for their place in the bracket at the check-in tent. No team playing two back to back pool games will take first bracket game, they have the choice to draw again. No team will play the team they played a warm-up game with, they will draw again. Warm-up games will be 55mins, drop dead, play stops at the clock alarm. Bracket games will be 70mins on the clock, finish the inning, except 8U. 8U bracket games are 5 innings or 55mins on the clock, finish the inning.
Please remember Ridley park allows two team cooler.

Top two places receive individual and team awards
All teams must sanction online for the 2017 season.
All balls are furnished.
All teams must turn in a completed and signed USGF Player Roster.
Team managers need birth certificates in your possession throughout the tournament.
Proof of team insurance is required.
Tournament fees 8U - $150 10U and above - $200
The deadline for entry is the Tuesday night prior to the tournament.
Friday night play only used when necessary and will always be posted in advance.
