• Teams hand in their team folders:

• Home Run Derby, 5 players can participate from each team, bring your own pitcher and balls, each player gets 5 pitches from their pitcher.
• Moms/Daughter Relay // timed event   
  two players and two moms are placed one on each of the four bases. The ball will be relayed to each new runner. Runner at home carries the ball to runner at 1st and passes the ball, runner at 1st carries the ball
  to runner at 2nd and passes the ball etc. Timer stops when runner
  crosses home plate.
• Around the Horn, can play with 5 or 6 players // timed even

Friday 7/10/2020

• Pool Games will begin at 10:00am Friday morning. 
• "Gathering of Players" - RichEllen - We will not be able to have the "Parade of Teams" (POT) this year because of some covid restrictions. In place of the POT we are having a "Gathering of Players".  We will assemble at 6:30 on Field 5. This is a showcase field with a lot of room for families to observe. The players are welcome to gather on the field. We will welcome all the teams by name, announce the skills games winners, sing the national anthem, Pastor lead prayer, DJ plays music while the players enjoy pin exchange and ice cream social. Event scheduled 6:30-8:30.
• Concessions will be open

Saturday-Sunday 7/11-12/2020

• Pool Games continue on Saturday/ Bracket begins on Saturday

Fees: 8U - $450 // 10U-18U $600 // NO GATE, NO PLATE FEES

Awards: Top two places, players and coaches will receive World Series Rings and a team plaques.

Venmo payment will be accepted for team fees and items on the sales table (shirts, glasses, bows etc.) You will not be able to use electronic payments for tickets at the gate.


Make sure your players are age-eligible for your age group. Age eligible Dec 31, 2019 (What age is your player on 12/31/19, that is their playing age through July 31, 2020).

Team Check-In

All teams are required to have a representative check in their team.

Team Folder: Every team is responsbible to submit a team folder which need to contain:

• Completed Roster
• Copies of Birth Certificates (coaches please do not accept an orignal birth certificate form a parent for a player).
• small picure attached to each birth certificate
• Copy of proof of insurance
• A member of the coaching staff is responsibile to collect the team folder as their team exits the tournament. All folders will be shredded on the Monday following the tournament.

All teams must sanction your team online at www.usgfp.com

All team fees must be submitted by Online payment, venmo app, paypal app or cash app by or before JULY 5, 2020, in order to be drawn up in the bracket.

Rule Standards

New Rule:  4.Sec.19. Intentional Walk: The coach or catcher of the defensive team can make a request to the umpire for the batter to intentionally walk to first base.

Batters: each team can bat up to 12 batters for pool and tournament games.

Unique rule to USGF: is the courtesy runner: A courtesy runner can be used at any time once per inning. A courtesy runner does not burn your sub. However, if your courtesy runner is on base and has to come up to bat she must take an out at bat. So, be aware of where your courtesy runner is in the lineup.

The Official Game Time: begins at the flip and the plate umpire is the keeper of the time.

Pool Play Guidelines: Time limit will be 55minutes, finish the inning. "Drop dead" will only be applied if weather conditions force an adjustment to the schedule or announced in the format. The game can end in a tie. In the case of a tie, both teams are awarded one-half (.5) a win and one-half (.5) a loss in the seeding stats.  Home team is considered the official scorebook for each game. Parents/fans are welcome to keep scoreboards. If there are game-time adjustments they will be posted at the top of the division schedules.

DP/Flex Rule: The DP/Flex rule is available for coaches that want to take advantage of it. The rule can be visited at Sec.4.ART1.  DP/Flex in the online rules.  There is no DP/Flex in 6U and 8U divisions.

Metal Cleats: Metal cleats are approved for the use of 14U-18U.

Rain Policy: If no games are played entry fee is returned. If one game is played one-half of the entry fee is returned. If two games are complete there are no refunds issued. No refunds for gate passes.
